with a wet, miserable morning. good morning, everyone. i'm carolyn tyler. round three of the latest series of storms to sweep through northern california is causing trouble everywhere. we have live team storm watch coverage. abc7 news reporter nick smith is live on interstate 580 over the richmond san rafael bridge where an overturned big rig is blocking lanes. cara clapper is live where they are watching the river rise. let's begin with abc7 news meteorologist lisa argen with a live at live doppler 7hd. >> it is flooding in sonoma county. we have a flood warning and it has been flooding in petaluma and willow creek. you can see the back edge of the front. this is where the winds have died off and the rains have ended. still some very heavy rain through novato and southward. and there is also flooding reported in marin county with a flood warning through 10:15 from the creek to the east bay, hercules and vaw knee shaw, 580. flooding in santa cruz, santa clara county. moderate rain in fremont and gusty winds in union city. on the peninsula, a heavy downpour and winds have lightened up here.

was sympathetic to my situation. i was miserable. i believe the committee should've acted swiftly to decide a case against john glenn and me. i think warren thought it should have to. politics made impossible for the committee to reach a just result. warren was intent on achieving a just result. he was my friend. he wish i could've been released from the committee sooner, but he could not and would not value our friendship more than he valued justice. that was a lesson of integrity i did not enjoy learning, but i am glad i learned it. i'm glad i learned it from the example of warren rudman. the night before the 2000 new hampshire primary, warren graciously hosted a dinner for me at his home. he gave a toast and said we would win. he said he was proud to be art of a campaign. i remember thinking, win or lose, i had been part of something that warren rudman is proud of. i was a very proud man indeed. besides being gruff, he was first and last, a man of integrity. rest in peace, old friend. we miss you a lot. . the kansas city chiefs are known for supporting their fan despite this being a rather miserable season that the chiefs are enduring. but after the game the head coach of the football team, romeo crennel spoke to reporters. he was one of the coaches who witnessed jovan belcher killing himself at their practice facility yesterday morning. >> it is tough when circumstances happen. you can't undo them. you have to rely on each other, your family and friends and rely on your faith. and that's what the team tried to do. today we were able to do that and try to work our way through the tragedy. and knowing that it's not over today it still will go on tomorrow, the next day and the next day. but life is going to go on as well and we have to work through it. >> reporter: there was some talk of whether or not this game would have been canal today. obviously, the nfl football league decided to go on with the game. the players supported that decision. very few clues from players after the game as to what might have transpired. what led people to this murder-suicide yesterday morning. that's one of
